You Will Need
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Supplies for drawing your portrait OR a small photograph of yourself and tape
Instructions
1) Click here to download passport (PDF). Print out both pages of passport.
Click Here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2) Cut out both sheets along dotted lines.

3) Fold both sheets in half along FOLD line.

4) Fold cover sheet so that cover remains outside. Fold inside sheet so that pages 3 and 4 are on the inside.

5) Place second page set inside cover sheet page set.
6) Close passport and staple where marked.
7) Fill out first page of passport. Draw your portrait or tape a picture of yourself in the space provided.
8) Be sure to take your passport with you as you enjoy the attractions in Chattanooga during your Spring Break adventures!
